Polly Pekapeka visits Allie and Charlie

March 20, 2024 Posted by Kiwi Conservation Club

Polly Pekapeka (our KCC Mascot) is looking for adventure, so she’s off visiting KCCers around Aotearoa – and beyond. Follow all her adventures out and about in nature HERE.

In March 2024, Polly visited Allie and Charlie in Auckland. Here’s what they got up to together…

We took Polly to Duder Regional Park. We made a cave for her…

…and put her up a tree with the tūī.

And we ran down a steep hill, and then we got grassy and itchy. Then Polly got prickles, but we got them out!

We also climbed up haybales and held Polly’s wings and pretended she could fly.

Polly had a great time.
