KCC Waitawa planting day πŸ’

August 1, 2017 Posted by Kiwi Conservation Club

On Sunday the 18th of June 2017 some people from KCC went tree planting near Kawakawa Bay. Why? Because the ground was unstable and splitting apart and the trees needed help to hold the ground together and stop the erosion. We planted Manuka, Kanuka and Flax for 2 hours. After we planted the trees, we had a sausage sizzle and went home.🏑
