Polly visits Ardan

April 11, 2022 Posted by Kiwi Conservation Club

Polly Pekapeka (our Manu | Bird of the Year 2021) is looking for adventure, so she’s off visiting KCCers around Aotearoa – and beyond. Follow all her adventures out and about in nature HERE.

In April 2022, Polly went to stay with Ardan (age 6) in Christchurch. Here’s what they got up to together…

I liked being with Polly Pekapeka. She is very, very, very cute and cuddly. I went to school with her and I talked about her to my class. They gave me lots and lots of questions.

We went to Awaroa | Godley Head with my friend Eli, and we had a big walk and picnic.

We went to the gun emplacements and Polly stayed with my mum. My mum was on the roof of the gun emplacements while me and my friend went inside them.

Thank you for coming Polly.

Ka rawe! Thanks Ardan for taking Polly on another awesome adventure!
