and a native pōhutukawa tree

On the fourth day of Christmas my true love sent to me:
Four kahikatea,
Three kōwhai trees,
Two tī kōuka,
and a native pōhutukawa tree

On the fifth day of Christmas my true love sent to me:
Five karaka berries!
Four kahikatea,
Three kōwhai trees,
Two tī kōuka,
and a native pōhutukawa tree

On the sixth day of Christmas my true love sent to me:
Six tussocks waving,
Five karaka berries!
Four kahikatea,
Three kōwhai trees,
Two tī kōuka,
and a native pōhutukawa tree

On the seventh day of Christmas my true love sent to me:
Seven flowering rata,
Six tussocks waving,
Five karaka berries!
