Planting Day on Motutapu Island

17/07/2016
All Day
Motutapu Island Ferry Building, Downtown Auckland Auckland Auckland
Adults $21, Children $10.50
Bookings Essential
Jo, waitakere @kcc.org.nz,

Join us for a day of tree planting on Motutapu Island in the Hauraki Gulf. The Motutapu Restoration Trust relies entirely on volunteers to help re-establish the native forest and wild-life on the island, and this is a great chance for you to be involved. This is a full day trip and will go ahead rain or shine, as long as it is safe for the ferry to make the crossing! As some work sites can be on hillsides a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Please book no later than Friday June 24th.
