KCC North Canterbury has an awesome adventure coming up at the end of May. We would love for you to join us!
Did you know that Canterbury is a ‘hot spot’ for rare and threatened native fish? Join us, and Sophie Allen from Working Waters Trust (www.workingwaterstrust.org) for a mudfish | kōwaro experience like no other. Learn how we can all work together to keep our freshwater ecosystem safe and healthy now and into the future.
Our adventure will take place at a stream on an A2 dairy farm – so there is the opportunity to see sustainable farming in action too.
Where: The corner of Island Rd and Mounsey’s Rd, View Hill (West of Oxford). It takes about an hour to drive to from Christchurch. https://goo.gl/maps/cCc1tkf4H852 (about 1 hour from Christchurch).
